Imagine wandering in the woods with a bow and a bunch of arrows waiting for a prey to show up. Yes, the life of a hunter is indeed difficult. You can experience this feeling when you book Nature Bow Game’s exclusive Norwegian excursion. This unique tour is designed for those who are looking to do something different yet outdoorsy. You get to learn a new skill (archery) and try out the sport in a natural setting, between lush greenery, overlooking stunning landscapes.
On the day of the adventure, you will be picked up by your trainer/guide from the pickup point, which is currently in front of Polaria, Hjalmar Johansens Gate 12 in Tromsø. When you reach the location, you will be given your archery equipment and a safety briefing. You will then learn the basics of archery – how to position the arrow on the bow, how to maintain your posture, how to draw the bow, and the various techniques to shoot the bow. One of the best things about archery is that it is quite easy to pick up the skill, so you can be assured of a fun learning experience.
After a short yet fun-filled session, your group will venture into the woods to spot dummy preys and shoot at them. This is going to be the highlight of the excursion as the whole group will be competing to win! Your guide will show you the trail, but you’ll be on your own to carry out the quest. The one who spots the prey first gets an extra arrow! You and your group can also stand a chance to make it to the coveted wall of fame of Nature Bow Game’s best archers!
Please note that the session is only for individuals above 15 years and above. The organizer ensures that the learning environment is going to be in a safe setting.
