Snowshoeing with Reindeer

Embark on a unique snowshoeing experience in the Arctic wilderness, just outside Tromsø. This four-hour adventure begins with a scenic bus ride through breathtaking winter landscapes to a reindeer camp.

Upon arrival, you'll be introduced to a herd of around 200 reindeer, giving you the chance to see these majestic animals up close. After a brief introduction, gear up with snowshoes and poles for a guided trek that will take you deeper into the snow-covered surroundings. The snowshoeing portion lasts approximately two hours and is designed for all experience levels, making it an easy and enjoyable experience for everyone.

After your snowshoe hike, warm up with hot drinks and cookies inside a traditional Sami hut known as a gamme. You’ll have a chance to relax and enjoy the cozy atmosphere before heading back to Tromsø. The tour is perfect for those looking to combine outdoor adventure with cultural insights and scenic beauty.
